The minimum booking age is 25. 


You will not host parties, large gatherings, or functions at the property.


You must notify us of any problems immediately on arrival by text or email so they can be rectified as quickly as possible.  We ask that the house be kept clean during your stay.  Please use the vacuum/broom to ensure food crumbs are not left on the floor and wipe down the shower screens after use.  If the house is not left in an unacceptable condition, money may be deducted from the security bond.  

Do not dispose of anything except toilet paper in the toilet.  Any blockages that incur professional costs to us to clear, will be recovered from the bond.

All doors must be closed whilst at the property. All windows must be closed and doors locked when away from the property and when vacating the property.


All guests are advised to take out insurance for their stay.  We do not accept liability for loss or damage to your property or personal possessions whilst staying at our property.

If pets are staying with you at the property, you must notify us before your stay.  They must not be left alone at the property at any time.  Any damages will be chargeable against the bond.

We will inspect the property after you vacate and refund your $350 refundable damage deposit within 10 days if there is no damage or breakages that have not been disclosed to us during your stay.


All cancellations will incur a loss of deposit (at our discretion). The final balance is due 14 days before arrival.  Once the final balance has been paid, this is also non-refundable. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
